TUNISIA : faces fresh legal action in Carthage

In 2010, obtained a €107 million contract to design the Carthage Cement plant and a second one for €65 million to manage and maintain it. The new legal action comes in addition to that taken in Tunisia by Carthage Cement against in 2013 when it was headed by Riadh Ben Khalifa. That earlier action has not yet been dealt with by the Tunisian courts.
